Q. Is this a secure purchase? Is my personal information protected?
A. All purchases are handled through a secure Paypal transaction. No sensitive information is exchanged on my site, or outside of Paypal.
Q. What about my privacy?
A. I have a detailed privacy policy posted on site. Please refer to it for any questions regarding your privacy.
Q. When do I get to download my purchase?
A. As soon as the payment process is completed.
Q. How do I get my purchase?
A. You will be sent a link to your download file in an email.
Q. What about a purchase order history? What if I need to download a file again?
A. You will still have access to all your purchases. Please contact me if you need to download a file.
Clip Art FAQs
Q. Why don't you sell your artwork on other sites like other artists do?A. By limiting the sales on my art, you get images that are not widely distributed. That means whatever you create using my art is far less likely to be similar to something someone else made with the same image.
Q. I paid for a license to use your clip art. Can I sell it on Zazzle or anywhere else?
A. Yes you can, as long as it is in a completely new creation.
Q. Can I use your clip art in multiple designs on multiple sites?
A. Yes you can.
Q. Is there a limit as to how many times I can use an image?
A. No, there is not.
Q. We would like to use your clip art to mass produce an item for sale. Is that allowed?
A. That kind of use requires a special commercial license. Please contact me with details for information and pricing.
Q. Other sites have linkware for free. Why do you charge a license fee and call it linkware?
A. Because you must link back to my site as well as pay a licensing fee to use my designs. Thus the reason it is called linkware.
Q. Can I use Frontpage or some other editor with these designs?
A. You can, but I never recommend Frontpage, as it tends to screw up code.
Q. I am afraid I will mess up the original layout. What can I do to avoid that?
A. Save a copy of the original layout under a new name. Then you always have a fresh copy. If worse comes to worse, just re-download the file.
Q. How much do you charge to setup my website pages for me?
A. My current rate is $55 per hour.

Q. Can I use part of the design in another linkware design by someone else?
A. You can but you still have to link back to my site and you still have to give me credit for my work.
