You are required to register in order to send e-mail cards from the artwork in my gallery. If you have registered before November 2007, you will have to re-register as the entire gallery was redesigned and moved during the month of November 2007. All the previous database information no longer exists.

No matter what IP carrier you are using, please check your junk mail for your registration information. A lot of registrations end up in the owners junk mail bin. I can do nothing about that.

Be aware that some of the images in this gallery contain mild, artistic nudity. Be sure to read my Terms of Use before you consider using any of these images.

You may NOT use my artwork for personal use, or as an image for your gaming or roleplay character without a licensing fee unless it is marked for personal use. There is approximately 200 images in this gallery. Out of that number, about 40 images may be used for character portaits without a licensing fee. I have additional character portraits in high resolution jpeg format available to be licensed from my online store. I am available for commissions on custom character portraits, book covers, etc., as mentioned above.

You are not allowed to use my artwork to create avatars, PSP tubes, My Space themes, blog themes of any kind, message board themes, websets, stationary, sig tags, templates, shareware, payware or exclusive designs or offer any sort of design created with my artwork as any free item from any site on the internet or as part of any digital collection, NOT without a licensing fee. The images available to be licensed are listed in my store. If an image is not listed there, it cannot be licensed.

No one is allowed to post or has written permission to post my art on the web for redistribution as PSP tubes or any sort of digital collection online of offline. This includes, but is not limited to sites such as My Space, Facebook, Photobucket and any other site similar to these sites. You may not post my artwork on any site where anyone can request a print order of the image via a third party whose sole purpose is to sell prints for profit and said printing company does not credit me or compensate me in some way for my own artwork. My artwork is not stock to be used by anyone or hacked apart to use to make new images claimed as your own. Again, I have a design store where you can license design art and clip art for your own use.

All the more recent images in this gallery now contain an invisible, digitally embeded watermark with my name and copyright information. It cannot be removed by any method. If you abuse my terms of use, you will be banned from viewing images in this gallery.
