gallery terms of use
This is a membership based digital image gallery. If you have not purchased a membership and been manually registered, you cannot view or download the full size images. No matter what IP carrier you are using, please check your junk mail for your registration information. Or add this domain to your permissions list. A lot of registration notifications end up in the owners junk mail bin. Please be aware that some of the images in this gallery contain mild, artistic nudity. If you need to translate the actual gallery, you will have to do it manually. The language translation option for the gallery is disabled because of custom modifications.
The membership fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated.
If you intend to use any of these images to create new items to sell for a profit, you must have a commercial membership. If your intent is only personal use, you do not need a commercial membership to create invitations, cards, or anything else for strictly personal use. You may upload any image to a site such as Zazzle, Café Press, etc., to create cards, printed stationary, business cards, or any sort of item you plan to use for your own personal needs.
Account ownership is NOT transferrable. The individual or company purchasing the membership owns the account. If you lose your user name and password, and cannot access your account, I will require a copy of your receipt or transaction ID number in order to verfiy that you are the owner of the account.

- You may make prints of this artwork as is for your own use, such as a framed print for decoration in your home.
- You may use this artwork to design invitations, newsletters, or flyers for resale to a client with a Commercial Membership.*

Violations of use
- You may not post this artwork in the original full size and high resolution anywhere on the web where it can be sold for a profit or stolen.
- You may not make multiple prints or any prints for the purpose of resale with this piece of artwork.
- You may not claim this artwork as your work after making minor alterations such as changes in opacity, cropping or resizing, and colorization.
- You may not, under any circumstances hand this artwork over to another designer or artist to be reworked or redesigned beyond the minor changes as posted above.
- You may not use this artwork in any manner that places the resulting creation you make in competition with my clip art or artwork.
- You may not upload this design to any site such as Zazzle or Cafe Press for the purpose of offering it for sale in a printed format for a profit.
- You may not make stamps, tubes or brushes with this artwork for the purpose of resale.
- You do not have the right to redistribute the original file or any copies in any collections. No file sharing of any kind or digital collection on the internet or in any media collection that is shared or resold.
- You may not make any false representation or claims as to the creator of these images. Made By Mel (and any of its applicable licensors) retains all and implied copyrights.
